It must have been somewhere in the description but I didn't notice and it was just another benefit of this handy kitchen gadget as I put it on the fridge next to the stove could . . I bought this meat thermometer because the last one took me too long to read and was often inaccurate. This one is fast and absolutely accurate every time I've used it, which is about 10 times since I bought it. It costs money. Excellent purchase!
