Review on Enhanced Performance Genuine Leather Steering Wheel Cover by PILOT Automotive - SW-101 by Robert Espinoza

I bought this steering wheel cover to replace my old one which was too loose and fell apart and I am very happy with it. Other reviewers note that this cover was difficult to wrap around the steering wheel and required a lot of effort to install. Personally, I had no trouble, and she sat at the wheel of my 2010 Mazda 5 for five minutes. I think my car's steering wheel is a little smaller than average and that's probably why I was able to finish fitting it so quickly. Despite the apparently smaller size of my steering wheel, the cover does not slip when turning and feels very good in the hand. The product itself is great, but the biggest downside for me is that it's not made in the United States of America. The steering wheel cover I received was made in Taiwan but appears to be of good quality. While I'm disappointed with the overseas manufacturing location, I'm very glad it wasn't made in China. According to my friend from Taiwan, factories in this country treat their workers better than their Chinese counterparts. The product has turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for and deserves five stars based on its merits. If it was made in China I would give it three stars or less. Since Taiwan is a friendly country to the US, I'm only deducting one star and still recommend it as a good buy. However, before you buy one of these cases, take a look at the 'wheel trays', which are made in the USA. I would have preferred to buy a wheel cover if I was sure it would fit, but for a versatile and inexpensive one-size-fits-all solution this product is pretty good.
