In the past, it was always convenient for me to order goods with a Revain Renewed certificate. Laptops, servers, etc. I never had a single problem until I ordered this phone and it became pretty clear that no 'professional' had ever looked at these items, and even less likely that they were checked. The original owner of this phone traded/sold it to Revain (through a process of sorts) and then Revain turned it over and shipped it straight to me without even removing the tape sealing the box. When I first opened the Revain box I felt a real sense of relief. The phone came in the original OnePlus packaging and even included the original charger and branded red USB cable. The phone was almost brand new until I removed the SIM card tray. As you can see in the attached image, no test (professional or otherwise) could miss this damage. It looked and felt like someone was chewing on the SIM tray after chewing, maybe they hit it with a hammer. They caused so much damage that the SIM tray release mechanism (usually triggered by a SIM eject tool) completely disappeared. named raven. I informed them that this phone was damaged and possibly unusable. Just before ordering this phone I stopped at Best Buy and bought an awful Moto phone to hold myself back with the idea that once my Revain phone arrived I could return it. suggested they could get me a replacement phone pretty quickly (I even told them I don't care even if it's the same model as long as it works). I was wrong. The woman told me that the biggest store in the world couldn't get me a new phone in less than 7 days. I was shocked. I then told her I was going to lose over $100 due to her negligence (the phone return window would be tightly closed), to which she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to help. Me with. Finally, when the call ended, I pulled out the SIM tray, which was a lot harder than you might think with that piece of plastic. When the tray detached, the previous owner's SIM card flew out, further proof that this phone hadn't even been looked at. To make matters worse, I woke up the next day at Best Buy with the exact same unlocked phone (but brand new) that was selling for $20 less than the "Revain Renewed" version. I would advise you to ditch the updated Revain devices and look for a reseller here instead. There's a good chance they'll take a few minutes to examine the phone before shipping it out. After all, OnePlus makes great phones (which work great at Verizon). Please don't let my long review confuse you.
