Review on 🌮 Vertical Stainless Steel Tacos Al Pastor Skewer - Brazilian Barbecue Tools, Doner Kebab Skewer Stand, YIDADA Gaucho Skewer Hack by Jeff Salvino

I love this trompo (vertical skewer), it's great for tacos al pastor! Before getting this I would try to make the pineapple slice thicker at the bottom, I would use 3 skewers in the middle and place 3-4 skewers on the sides to support it so it doesn't fall off in the oven. Always unsuccessful. I love its firm feel and I especially love the handles to grab it when you take it out of the oven. What I don't like is the steel plate under the pineapple and meat. It's very shaky and unstable. I'm assuming that since the skewer threads into the threaded hole in the base it should be sturdy, but I was expecting the base plate to be stronger. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall I'm very happy with it. I bought two because I had to make enough for a lot of people last time. Thanks very much!
