This is a great product if you want your PWM fans to spin at full speed when plugged into the PWM headers are attached. If you want less than 100%, you absolutely cannot achieve it with this hub. Keep looking or find an alternative setup that doesn't require a hub. My Asus ITX board only had a case fan header. After some research I found out that you can put the AIO pump head in PWM mode and then adjust the curve manually. I run 2 case fans per slot, but I used to run 3 from the same slot with no issues. I just didn't want to put more than 3 fans on the header so please check your bios to see if that can help you.
