Service to Customers That Is Very Disappointing

My experience with BIGTEDDY has been disappointing, despite the company's promise of providing high-quality components and comprehensive project kits. My order was incomplete when it was delivered, and the customer support team took a long time to react to my request about this. When I did finally hear back from them, I found that they were unable to offer any assistance in fixing the issue. As a result, I was had to reorder the necessary parts at my own expense. The company's objective to inspire manufacturers of all skill levels is admirable, but my experience with them has left me feeling unhappy due to their lack of attention to detail and their terrible customer service.
