Hamilton Beach is a trusted brand. I usually don't buy anything unless there are good reviews. It only had two reviews and they were only 3 stars but I decided to take a chance. However, I proved once again to myself that I must always follow this plan. This coffee pot has many 5 star features, looks good, fits perfectly in the place I wanted to use, easy to use and makes great coffee. So why only 3 stars? In my 72 years of life I've never had a coffee pot that pours as slowly as this one! I can have a caffeinated smoothie before my cup is full☺️ If we weren't in the middle of a pandemic and I couldn't give up coffee, I would probably return it
