I ride early in the morning before sunrise. Until I bought this helmet I wore clear or amber glasses so I could see in the dark. The lenses on this helmet protect my eyes from the headlights but still allow me to see fairly clearly. Unlike glasses, with a lens on a helmet I have a wider field of vision. I tested my daily bifocals and found that if I put them on and then attached the lens, I can wear the glasses and actually see the screen on my bike :) quite an unexpected treat. In addition, the fit is good. I don't have a very big head so the helmet fits well with a small adjustment of the strap. I suppose if someone has a big head they could measure carefully. No problem for "medium" sizes like me. After all, the helmet is light as a feather. The weight in my hand feels about half that of my previous helmet. The only downsides I can find are that in the cold morning air, fast downhill riding made my eyes water a little, and the great summer airflow is too good for cold rides. I can live with it. In my glasses, which I wear all day, my eyes are still watery, but not as calm anymore.
