I'll stick with these.

I recently bought a pendant light and needed something to neatly tie the cord to the wall so the cord wouldn't hang down and be yanked off my feet. I tried another type of self-adhesive hooks similar to this one and while they looked better than this one, they only lasted about two or three days before suddenly falling off, although they didn't have the kind of pooling or pressure you would expect . something from the wall. Confused, I decided to try these hooks. They worked great, they were about the perfect size and at least a couple of weeks later the pendant light still hadn't fallen on my head.
