They work, but they taste terrible. Ice water makes them tastier.

My wife and I really like sports pills, but we really don't like the taste of these pills. We're getting through slowly and can only drink them when the water is very cold. However, we recommend the sports tablets. Yes, they take a very long time to resolve, but eventually they resolve.
