I always sleep better after drinking one of these and unlike magnesium bisglycinate I don't feel sleepy the next day. I think they taste good. I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews. I always skip the last sip because it's a bit sugary, but I like the rest of the drink.

My wife and I really like sports pills, but we really don't like the taste of these pills. We're getting through slowly and can only drink them when the water is very cold. However, we recommend the sports tablets. Yes, they take a very long time to resolve, but eventually they resolve.

I use Mg supplements before bed - and have used Calm and other fizzy drinks and Mg blend tablets with no problem. I use stevia all the time and the taste doesn't bother me. None of the Mg drinks have ever been "super tasty", but I don't mind. Most citrus flavors on the market always seem to be the opposite of what you want at bedtime.
