You get what you pay for

I was initially excited when I found an inexpensive replacement for the halogen light on my ceiling fan. Unfortunately these lights only lasted a week and not 1500 hours as stated on the website. I thought the first bulb was bad, but the second bulb only lasted a week. Other original bulbs (which cost about $5 per bulb still work).
