Review on Version 10 1 Little Black Book by Barbara Khabeer

Gene Steinberg introduced me to Mac OS X. I can't believe it because I've heard all the horror stories. But this book helped me go from installing to configuring, configuring, and troubleshooting quickly. I enjoyed the basic UNIX Basics tutorial for Mac OS X, although I won't be using the command line anytime soon. I was particularly pleased to learn that, contrary to what Apple tells you, you can actually perform a clean install of a Mac. OS X without wiping the disk. That alone is more than worth the price of this book. Highly recommended!
