Very happy with this distillery so far. This is the first one we've tried so I have nothing to compare. All of its components are either metal or glass. As far as I know, water never comes into contact with plastic parts. Topping up with hot water speeds up the distillation process. With hot water for 4 liters, it takes about 3-4 hours. Of course, if the water is colder, it will take longer. This item comes with a cleaning solution, it is recommended to clean it once a month. The cleaning solution works very well. Easy button start. and it takes a little work. Just let him do his thing. Always be careful after pouring out the cleaning solution, it is very hot.
