I've recently returned to cycling after a few years of hiatus and got a Garmin Edge 130 to replace my aging Cateye Mity 3. I grabbed the speed/cadence sensor combo Magene based on rating and price and I wasn't disappointed. I've done several rides of around 100 miles since I bought them and they've worked flawlessly. Pairing was instant and almost instant. I'm using ANT+ so can't talk about Bluetooth connectivity, but I chose it specifically for ANT+ as Bluetooth can be iffy in my experience with different apps and different versions of Bluetooth (of course your mileage may vary). The only trap I had was my own mistake. I took them out of the box and activated one for speed and the other for cadence, not paying much attention to which was which (they are identical). However, this was easily resolved when they went to bed as announced. I just picked it up and shook it to activate, then started pairing it with Garmin - the one I selected turned out to be the one set for speed. Once it connected I grabbed another and shook it and cadence pairing appeared on the Garmin and was complete. I then paid attention to which is which and installed them on the bike in about 5 minutes. I'm very happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it.
