The whole site was easy to navigate & understand so I had no issues at all once going live! They were always available via email if we needed any help or clarification during setup/implementation time which made things very efficient. It's great because everything from creating custom emails (for my non-profit) through setting up donation buttons through social media sites has been simple. There are multiple ways to set up different types of campaigns but nothing too complicated. Also would love more options when managing individual donors - like allowing them to make payments within their own accounts rather than having to pay with credit card info each month through Chase bank account integration. Having this service allows me to focus 100% on what i'm good at running programs around food insecurity & homelessness instead of worrying about how it will actually be implemented across various channels (especially Facebook).
