The crochet hooks were inherited from my mother when she died and finally, after over 20 years, a few weeks ago, they started crocheting again. The pattern I wanted to make called for a size it didn't have, so my brother saw the Ergonomic 4.5 needle in Hobby Lobby and bought it for me. I liked it very much. So I chose this set so I can have a full set of these. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged as expected. I love this set, everything about it is very useful and the hooks are very beautiful, strong and comfortable on the hands and joints at an amazing price. However I would give it 5 stars instead of 4 because one of the hooks has come loose from the rubber and I need to replace it. I can still use it for a while, but when this flexible band gets under my thumb after a while, it's just ridiculous. I know it's probably "eye catching" but that's the only criticism I have of this set. I would recommend it to anyone who needs or wants a new set. After using them I don't think I can go back to traditional metal hooks.
