We used this for Mother's Day a while back and it worked really well. We used a large hemispherical mold to make mini cakes and a heart mold to make a broken chocolate heart. As we were shaping the chocolate into the heart shape, we kind of rotated and tilted it to get a more even coating until it got cooler so it stuck to the sides and wasn't thin at the base.
