Review on Epartsdom FBA_USB DVDRW External USB DVD by Eric Jones

I bought this external CD DVD RW burner based on the reviews at the time. When I received it I was happy with the size of the burner. Perfect for my computer desk. I connected both plugs as instructed and the green light came on. That was the only good news. I've tried everything including AOL tech support but I couldn't get it to work. I then returned to the Revain to ask a question and read the reviews since I first bought it. There were so many bad reviews I would never have bought it. I asked a few questions and got some advice but the main advice I got was to send it back, which I will do. Apparently this device uses older technology that doesn't work with most computers, including mine. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
