The instructions on the machine are ok but not that clear, after fiddling with the buttons I figured it out. The only problem is that the digital display only works half way, so only on the left side, so I don't know when I've reached R-1, R-2 or R-3. The lid was also cracked upon arrival, the machine's finish isn't perfect, but I like the multicolored stereo Bluetooth lights on the front. In hindsight I should have realized that I didn't need this extra feature as it allows me to play music from my Alexa. But it makes it brighter. For the desired price, the cover was made stronger and the display unit was fully functional. If not, it quickly heats up the wax within half an hour. REVISED: Wrote to support a couple of times asking if I could replace the cover but no response. There is no customer service at all. I actually bought 2 by mistake and sent one back in November 2019. It's been a month now and since paying for the return I haven't received confirmation of my return or a broken lid. Buyers be warned. If your stuff works fine and nothing is broken, then everything is fine, if something else is wrong, you're screwed.
