I did not use this wax bath as the wax supplied was very brittle and dirty. After I bought a better quality wax from another company, the device didn't work. Although I have owned this device for quite some time, it is in like new condition as it cannot be used. Very disappointing.

Good paraffin machine. The wax melted in about an hour. The heat control works great, it's easy to switch from C to F. Very happy with my purchase as it was a good deal.

I have been using this paraffin bath for less than 6 months and have only used it a couple of times. I plugged it in today and came back half an hour later to use it and it was completely dead! Tried six sockets and nothing! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT, FLUSH IT IN THE TOILET INSTEAD, IT WILL BE MORE FUN!

I have not used this product yet but I know I will love it because it is what I have wanted for a long time and now I finally got it.

I don't know if I'm too sensitive or what, but it's too hot for me. My hands burn when I put them in the wax. If I lower the temperature, it becomes hard and I can't use it anymore. Too bad I didn't return it before the return deadline.

The instructions on the machine are ok but not that clear, after fiddling with the buttons I figured it out. The only problem is that the digital display only works half way, so only on the left side, so I don't know when I've reached R-1, R-2 or R-3. The lid was also cracked upon arrival, the machine's finish isn't perfect, but I like the multicolored stereo Bluetooth lights on the front. In hindsight I should have realized that I didn't need this extra feature as it allows me to play music…

I bought this spa because I was researching the benefits of using it for carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm a yoga teacher and I put a lot of strain on my wrists every day. This spa saved my life at night when I come home with sore wrists. I let my hands work a little longer and the temperature remains very comfortable. The device came with everything you need and is ready to use! The controls are easy and I've also noticed how much softer my hands feel.

Bought a few months ago and used for the first time today. Today I opened the box and put everything together with my mom to try it out. Everything went well, warmed up, perfect temperature. When it came time to clean I lifted the car and all the wax came out through the bottom. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't find where it was leaking from the outside but it looks like there is a small crack inside where the wax melts. Why did it happen?

I've had it for over a month and have only been able to use it twice because it takes so many hours to melt paraffin. I tried to follow the instructions but it was useless. What you do is ignore those paraffin melting programs and just run it to the highest temperature and the paraffin will melt a lot faster! Works great now. Just remember to throw away the instructions when you receive the device.

I am very glad I chose this machine among the other options offered. I love that Bluetooth is built in because it works well in my small cabin. However, I would like the volume to be adjustable as I would like it to be a bit louder. I also think the instructions could be a bit clearer, although I had no trouble getting the machine to work or setting it up. I really wish the seller stocked replacement wax because I really like peach wax and wish I had more.
