Great for carpal tunnel
I bought this spa because I was researching the benefits of using it for carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm a yoga teacher and I put a lot of strain on my wrists every day. This spa saved my life at night when I come home with sore wrists. I let my hands work a little longer and the temperature remains very comfortable. The device came with everything you need and is ready to use! The controls are easy and I've also noticed how much softer my hands feel.
