The best part about this software was its ability to be able to customize everything according to our need or requirement which made us feel very comfortable with using it throughout our organization as well. There wasn't anything particular I disliked at all! It's pretty good but not something you should use if your looking for an easy way out since there are many other options available like those mentioned above. We were solving problems related to organizational compliance by creating customized programs tailored specifically towards each department within our enterprise.
Pros
- Easy integration
- Ease in customizing features.
- Ability tp integrate different platforms such that we can have more data points integrated into one system, instead than having too much information spread across various systems/platforms (like Salesforce + Google Sheets)
Cons
- Not really user friendly; could've been better designed
