Poorly made. 10 minutes after wearing both insoles came loose and got lost in the feet. Every time I walked it seemed like there was something in the boots. I fastened the pads and after a few steps they curled up again. The glue left an uncomfortable sticky mark on my legs. I had to throw them away. A complete waste of money.

- Not suitable for activities that require more support, such as hiking or running.
