I attached a wool pad to the support pad and when I tried to remove it, the grip was so tight that nearly half of the Velcro detached from the wool pad. I will try to glue it again. Maybe it lasts for a while and I can get some benefit from it. The foam pads were terrible. The orange foam padding came loose across the entire upper. I used it for about 20 seconds before some of the foam flew off the pad. The gap in the picture was much smaller than it appears. Everything was ready and I put it back on to take the picture. I used the black foam pad for a while until I saw that it was also starting to separate (about an inch apart). I then gave up. Maybe I can put some glue in there and get some benefit. At least the padding looks solid so I'll leave it and look for other 3 inch pads. Any suggestions?
