The tailpiece broke once I lifted it with water. But the glass didn't shatter when it hit the tiles. So 50/50 on this one. The top part sounded with the metal cap used to attach to the cord left inside, so I poured hot glue in the hole to eliminate the noise when using the twist cap. The silicone appears to be sticking to the "glue" but it's not fully sealed. and there is mold on the inside bottom so I'm about to take it off to clean. If it can't be put back on even though I don't really get what I paid for. I like the size for daily water usage. And the glass is strong enough to withstand a fall. It drips a little when drinking but overall it's ok like a water bottle. I am not enthusiastic about silicone foil.
