This was a spare sprocket on my main rail that had a broken tooth, it fitted perfectly. Like other people, I lengthened the bolt about halfway and jacked it up to relieve the pressure on the gear and rollers. The job wasn't difficult except the tie rod bolts were rusty and broken which made the job a little more difficult. One thing to watch out for: When installing the new gear make sure the left and right sides of the slider are flush, a chipped tooth had my slider shifted almost an inch.
