I have tried several wireless controllers including Xbox and Steelseries and this is by far the best and most complete wireless controller out there. The only reason this controller might not work for you is if you prefer your buttons a certain way (e.g. unobtrusive phone clip that's invisible when folded - Small USB receiver with no annoying flashing lights - Minimalist backlight profile that's customizable , but not constantly glowing or flashing in RGB (if you want a brighter version of this controller, get the T4) - Auto reconnect to previous device - This is VERY rarely mentioned, but this controller has a 10 minute auto Sleep timer I've been using other controllers that died for me after 3-5 minutes with no input, which means if I forget to press random buttons during cutscenes I'll exit the cutscenes and fight with the dead controller is very annoying when this happens and videos are often longer than 5 minutes these days. This co ntroller has the longest auto-off timer I've used, probably due to the large battery. Basically, if you want a wireless controller that doesn't require you to worry about AA batteries, this can be a PC/phone/tablet that has minimal lighting and gets out of the way so you can play your games. It won't turn off 5 minutes after the splash screen and looks solidly put together, that's it. If you're trying to choose between this and the T4 (not bad either), the T4 has multi-colored backlit keys that can't be rearranged, the triggers and buttons work smoother (the G4 has triggers that click and there are fewer of them). give), T4 has a shorter sleep timer, the build quality seems to be a bit worse, especially with the grip, T4 has 4 middle buttons right on the controller, which can be a bit confusing when searching for Start/Select and Home/ Turbo seeks (the G4's function keys are hidden under the phone clip) and the G4 has longer battery life. The G4 also costs almost twice as much. I was almost satisfied with the T4, but overall the G4 is significantly better.
