These trays are ideal for grilling large batches of chopped vegetables or potatoes, as well as tender chicken or fish pieces that tend to fall apart. They eliminate the need for skewers because skewers don't cook the food evenly. We oil our chicken/fish and/or toss chopped veggies/potatoes in the oil and spices and then drizzle the tray with some oil as well to prevent sticking. We fry and then turn/stir, and the rim prevents small pieces of food from falling into the fire. They are indispensable in the hot season. It's such a good price that we don't clean them when we're done grilling, we just throw them away and use new ones next time.
