I have never ordered blinds online before so I was a bit nervous. Before ordering I reached out to the company to make sure I knew how to order and measure properly. They responded to each and every question - SUPER helpful. I got my custom order in 1 week total. I installed them myself in under an hour. I could not believe how easy it was - and the measurements from the rep were PERFECT! The go up and down like "butter". When I pulled them down at first this afternoon, I was shocked how DARK it was!
