These blinds are light and easy to install, but lacking quality. They are not as expensive as other brands, but they are not cheap either, so it is very disappointing after paying $300 for a double window, and after being used only for a couple times, to see they do not go up the way they suppose to. You need to keep pulling them down and then slowly up a few times until they go all the way, and I imagine it won't be long before they will stop working as one end, on both blinds, is already…

The shade isn't really white, but more like an off white (which I hate). I haven't been able to put the handles on .they are not the handles shown in the video. One of the brackets broke when we tried to hang it. Customer Service was very responsive and are sending new brackets and the correct handles. Okay so today I got the correct handles and new brackets. I gave one more star based on great customer service!

Installation is a breeze, especially if you are replacing previously installed blinds. I just used the screw holes from the old ones for the brackets, and this unit snapped right into place. I've got a five-year old operating it safely and without difficulty in his room. Very good blackout coverage, though I get a tiny bit of light leakage under the bottom of the blinds. One buys a cellular shade for insulation, otherwise I'd buy the cheaper vinyl shades. The outside mounting of the shade leaves a gap on the edges because honeycomb is not flat. I'm sure they would be great for inside mounting.These are great shades, but if you need to use the outside mount option and one is buying them for insulation, not recommended. Don't get me wrong otherwise this is a good quality shade.

Blinds initially were fine, set them up and worked fine. I only retracted one of the blinds once. It's been 3 months and it will no longer retract anymore and I have only retracted it once. Defective blind and I didn't last.

Wow. I did not buy the Changshade only because they did not have it in the size I needed. I should have waited until they had it in stock. THESE shades are cheap. CHEAPLY made, cheap materials. We put up six of these blinds in our living room and dining room - these shades look BEAUTIFUL and truly are blackout shades! No more TV glare! When you go to raise the blinds back up you have to pull them up and down. It is really difficult to get them all the way up. The materials seam to be quality enough and they do great blocking the light but not enough trension on the cords to get them to raise properly

I had to special order due to my windows being 58 inches wide but I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. For just over $100 per window, I got these blinds and I love them! Fairly easy to install, do great job blocking light and helping keep the house cool.

The manufacturer sent out this order very quickly, and he offers many custom sizes so you can get an excellent fit on the window. The blinds have a quality look. I ordered 4 light filtering and 2 honeycomb blinds. The color choices and various configurations make these blinds incredibly versatile and a bargain for the money.

It was somewhat easy to install. Definitely follow their instructions. BUT the shade is slow to lift up and once it’s 1/3 up it’s even harder to lift all the way up. As though it has lost its spring.

Highly impressed. I mean, they’re not cheap but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice they look and how easy they were to install. Came with instructions. Took 5 min to install. Super blackout. Just what I needed. Will be buying more for my other rooms.
