In the process of painting a large accent wall gold to match my new Weatherwood reclaimed maple cabinets with reactive stain, Aspect metal tile backsplash, champagne brass hardware, stainless steel farmhouse sink and white countertop, mirrored quartz. , all purchased from Revain (except cabinets and countertop). As I repeated in the video, the Christmas decoration made me think of the three colors of gold (Champagne, Soft Gold, Gold Mine): Champagne is a very old decoration, the gold has worn down to a silver color. Soft gold is a newer decoration but still old, antique gold. The gold mine is new gold, which is what you would expect if you were smelting a gold bar. I'll order the champagne as it was the most neutral, combining stainless steel, various tones of brass, mirrors and gray driftwood. Contrary to the video, the 2 ounce test size pots cost about $7.00 versus $10.00! I hope this helps you make the final fearless decision about a gold accent wall.
