Review on Sensus MRO by Bill Wieser

I like that the software provides the user with the ability to view any of the systems processes which is the ultimate goal of any MRO. The software also allows the user to view the process steps of the system on a more detailed level. I don't like that the software is still in test as well as being updated. The updates could be more frequent. Also, the fact that it is in test delays the time it becomes available for the end users. Use the software while it is in test and it will not fail you as there are no production systems implemented yet. We are using the software to troubleshoot a problem in a process that our supplier performs. I like the fact that it has all of the features you need in one program, but also allows for customization if needed. It's easy enough for anyone who knows their way around Excel to use as well! There are some things we'd like to see added (like being able to add/remove parts from our inventory) - but overall this software works great for us. We've been using it since 2013 and have had no issues at all. This makes keeping track of what needs replacing when something goes wrong very simple.
