I bought this set specifically for magnetized spoons. I *hate* trying to hold them together on a stupid metal ring. I thought it was a brilliant idea. I put them in the dishwasher when I got them and then put them away. When I pulled them out of the drawer for the first time, a magnet fell out of the smallest spoon. I need superglue to fix it. They still work like shovels and I love the dual head shape. I'm just really annoyed by the quality. UPDATE: The measuring cup handles are a bit flimsy. They bend at the slightest pressure. When scooping flour, the handles are fully curved and rest against the cup. These are really bad quality.
