Soft and quiet and not too bad!
So far so good. They're really smooth and quiet for what you pay for, which is nice if you're looking to save money. I would add that you should be careful installing them on your skateboard. I found out that the rubber sleeve they use is actually a rubber coated washer but thin. I managed to dent one and jam a bearing, although removing it and straightening it out did the trick. It will be interesting how long it will last but I can tell he will have a few miles before he buys new ones.
