I find this product very useful. I use the Milwaukee m18 Hackzall daily as a plumber. We have many apartments where I do the same thing, moving from apartment to apartment. Projects move to a quick strap so I usually have a little box full of hardware and such. Well, if I collect everything to go to the next unit, taking Hackzal is impractical. This makes it easy for me to go back and forth from one to one with lost trips. Note that the handle to be attached protrudes on one side of the tool handle. I've heard complaints about this, but if you know which hand you use the most, place it accordingly. I'm used to it because I appreciate the convenience of clipping it to my belt. It's a compromise, but it works. Make sure your belt fits. Because the weight of the tool rests completely on it. I will also be buying more handles for my drills. I hope that was helpful.
