The first impression is very good.

Tired of my Makita impact wrench sitting on my toes with the standard holster that came with my tool belt, looked to Revain and it seemed like the best choice. While they look really good, it's amazing how you can quickly put them on and take them off without looking (with a little practice). You have the option of reinforcing the velcro elastic with a zipper, the handle has a hole in the bottom for this. I use it on all bands for reassurance, why not? One thing I don't like is the ability to…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Expensive

I find this product very useful. I use the Milwaukee m18 Hackzall daily as a plumber. We have many apartments where I do the same thing, moving from apartment to apartment. Projects move to a quick strap so I usually have a little box full of hardware and such. Well, if I collect everything to go to the next unit, taking Hackzal is impractical. This makes it easy for me to go back and forth from one to one with lost trips. Note that the handle to be attached protrudes on one side of the tool…

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Very expensive

But good stuff.

In general, I really like the gadget. I have a few DeWalt tools (drills and percussion tools) and I always fix something here at home. Tools can fall in freely! This happened to me the other day, I had a 2" torx impact wrench on my side. The lever locked in the open position and as I bent down to pick something up the racquet caught in my jeans and pushed the tool down, hitting me square on my foot, LITTLE FIRST! I believe the tool weighs several pounds, and all of its mass was concentrated on…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • There are some problems

I love this system! - Tool holster

This was by far my favorite way of carrying tools while on the job. This makes the tool VERY quick and easy to put on and take off your belt. I bought a quad kit and used most of it. In fact, I've found that most of the time I just clip the clip to my belt in case I need to grab my drum kit at some point during the day. I know it seems a little crazy but now quarantine we're all crazy. I had no trouble getting tools in and out of the clamp. And when I'm moving a ton, it's good to know that the…

Pros
  • An absolute legend

  • Good but not great

This is great but needs work

I'm a Demolition Specialist, Installer, Finisher, Labourer, Sheet Metal Technician and we build everything from outbuildings to large stilt houses and turkey sheds. Factory hooks on power drills take time and can fall from quite a height. The Gorilla hook is very durable or designed for everyday use. Here is my honest and constructive opinion. I hope it reaches the engineering and design team. I love that you gave me a zip tie to tie around the drill. I'm always climbing obstacles, traverses…

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • I won't say anything
