Easy way keep tracked & organized while working remotely

I love how easy it is for our office staff to use this software, as well as other employees in different locations around the country! It's so much easier than using paper forms with all of those little pieces missing or not there when you need them; plus they are more secure since everything stays at one location (no copies floating about). The only thing we don't like about CT is being able to print off reports without needing access to an actual printer/printer station right away. We would recommend anyone who has questions regarding any aspect of case tracking to look into Case TrakeR - everyone loves its ease of use and security! Our clients can now easily track open cases via email notifications which makes life SO MUCH EASIER!

Everything works great from start to finish once set up properly!! Easy user experience that allows us ALL TO USE IT SUCCESSFULLY!!! And having my files stored online helps me keep records organized..it also lets others know what steps have already been taken before contacting again if needed :) Plus customer service reps always help find solutions promptly even after hours..great support team too!!!! Very helpful folks here.can’
