If you buy these tools, please note that they need to be sharpened. They are not as easy to sharpen as carbon steel. But they are not expensive and can be ideal for a person who wants to sharpen them. I don't understand why reviewers are asked to rate these tools for their versatility. I will not cook with them or hang pictures with them. So you don't get stars for versatility, but that's not how I feel about these ceramic cutting tools.
