Wow, it was a headache to install, but it works and looks great! I live in an apartment building and I can't change the look of my front door so this was the only viable alternative to those cheap foam door brushes. The construction seems very solid and the mechanism is smooth - no one will know it's there unless I point it out. Just remember that you need a solid door and professional tools. A local joinery made and chiseled the jig; A hacksaw did a good job of trimming it a bit to fit a 35-7/8" with end plates. Another thing to note is that it handles angles/slopes in the frame with ease, but cannot seal gaps caused by waves, troughs, or similar twisted defects. Drop adjustment was easy, but there's no way of knowing if it will stay in place over time. If anything changes, I will update this review.
