I have small hands and they fit perfectly. Overall I'd say 4 stars just because they're not the warmest or highest quality, but they're useful! In practice, I use them to walk the dog when it's cold; This means I don't keep my hands open all the time so they get intermittently warm as I switch my hands between jacket pockets and leash, but that blocks the biting cold. Another plus is that they are very light and thin and I love that I can use my phone with them! The description also says "useful in light rain or snow". Maybe. If you squirt water on them and then quickly wipe them off before soaking, yes they would be waterproof but no I wouldn't recommend going out and playing with them in the snow. You will work :)
