A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS.
I want to start by LOVE this product and never write reviews. I went to an emo DJ night and thought about what I could use to achieve this euphoric look. I know of other similar products with pressed pigments that can be applied with water. You can use this pigment but it's not the same result or it doesn't stick with ONLY water.
