Review on 🔧 Chevy O-Ring Style Water Neck by Mr. Gasket - Model 2661 by Pius Aponte

I bought this for my 1990 Camaro 305tbi. There was only one review so I was a little nervous about buying it that it wouldn't fit at all. The product physically fits and bolts to the intake manifold. The flange is approximately 1/8 inch smaller than the stock thermostat housing. This keeps the consumption part visible, which isn't a big deal, but it's something you should be aware of. I had another problem with the supplied seal. The seal is an O-ring that fits into a groove in the housing. I had trouble holding the o-ring in place when screwing it in. I ended up using some all purpose lube to make it last long enough to bolt on. In general, this is a good quality chrome part. I'd recommend it if you're just looking for some shiny bits under your daily driver to surprise your friends when you pop the hood. If you have a show car, you can try a different product.
