Well the only reason I put a star on it was because the CLA used in it to burn fat didn't affect me. No dietary changes, healthy eating, drinking plenty of water, still present. I counted macros, measured everything and practiced regularly. Unfortunately, I was not able to overcome the plateau with it. But enough of the bad, let's talk about the good and the beautiful now that it's not. This is one of the best tasting proteins I've ever had. It's really delicious. Just mix it with hot water and it actually tastes like hot chocolate in the morning. Very pleasant taste. This is something that is difficult to achieve with chocolate flavors in protein powders. That's why I support them. In terms of protein, you're getting a moderate amount of protein per scoop, but that's understandable since it's not just protein, it's mixed CLA as well. So the portion of each scoop includes this. Also. But when you buy this you know you're not getting 80% protein per scoop because it's not an isolate. This is a 2 in 1 mix. Now back to my first point. CLA works really well for some people. It's just that I have a body it doesn't respond to, but most people will, so test this protein out with a 2 lb jar and if it works for you then go ahead and catch up bigger. If that doesn't work for you, then at least it's a good price.
