I like durability. I'm not used to putting the lemon cut side down. Works opposite a manual juicer. So I tried to cut it, then cut it! The cut down gets all the juice!. You can also use this method to seal the side skin of the fruit in the hole so there's no accidental splashing or messing! The juice enters through the holes after being pitted. I turned the fruit over to see if there was any juice left and... no! Everything worked the first time. It works so well it cuts the time it takes to squeeze lemons, limes, etc. and makes a lot less mess! I got 1 glass of juice from 5 lemons. Love it!
