Shocks at a Glance

I'm a little tired of the Skyjacker shocks because they don't have the best reputation. I chose the Skyjacker because the unfolded and folded shocks were just what I needed. I thought the higher end shocks (M95) could be of better quality. I've only installed them a few hundred kilometers so I can't say much about their durability. They ride a lot stiffer than the Jeep Rubicon shocks I've had before. That can be good or bad. This makes bumps more noticeable, but also reduces body roll and makes cornering at high speed more stable. Their general "power" quality doesn't match the stock Rubicon shocks. They don't feel as strong and the welds for the eyelets are smaller. Also, the sleeve is much thinner inside the sleeve. In general I am satisfied, I will update later.

Cons
  • Not bad, but...
