I've tried Quest products and while the chips and protein powder were great, I had some pretty nasty digestive issues when I ate protein bars. If you continue to look at the nutritional information, include "corn fiber," which is the ENEMY of a ketogenic diet. Eating one of these suckers gives me horrible gas, bloating and poor sleep. I'm so in love with the taste and texture of the double candy bar and cookie dough, but sadly I won't be buying protein bars again. Keep this in mind when purchasing if you are on a ketogenic diet. I've found my weight fluctuates like crazy as the filler ingredients cause water retention and bloating. The flavor wasn't as minty or chocolatey as I would have liked (I bought peppermint bark because it's in season!), but it was still slightly minty and slightly chocolatey. There's a layer of chocolate and a layer of mint, and it's topped with a white and red speckled coating. If you're on a restricted diet it would be really nice to get the FEEL of mint rind, but it's not crunchy, and there aren't any bits of mint in the coating to crunch.
