I first bought a fan resistor for my 2014 Ford E-250 Van because I only had a high fan speed. After receiving the resistor, I removed my old one and found that the connector was completely melted and badly rusted. After getting this new one that came with Stak-On crimp connectors I now have all 4 fan speeds. There were no instructions, but they are not needed. Cut one of the wires from the old connector, strip it, and crimp it onto the new connector in the same place. Doing this one at a time prevents you from connecting the wrong wires to the new connector. Enjoy!
