I like that 4medica has a lot of modules that can be used in combination and separately. It is super easy to add modules to your account, and it's super simple to use once you've got it installed. The interface is simple to navigate, which makes it very intuitive for users of all skill levels. You can use 4medica for almost all aspects of the medical space. I use it for scheduling and provider communications. I also use it for billing and insurance claims. 4medica does not have a great mobile app, and I wish they would work on one. I am using it to communicate with my providers, share information, and schedule appointments.
