Not as expected.
Made in China. He doesn't feel anything close to 62 pounds; more like 30 pounds. Spots are visible when backlit, indicating uneven thickness or material (but I'm no expert, maybe it should be). It gets two stars because it seems worded correctly for a pencil, which is why I got it. It's not glossy, but rather rough, matte, which is probably why it's a good fit for a pencil.
